The Founder
My name is Leonardo Neves, and I'm the founder of Porter. I'm a Graduate Civil Engineer at WSP, which I joined in 2025. I chose engineering because I grew up fascinated by buildings, mainly the properties that stood out in the small town I came from, and the idea that one day I might not just own one but build one exactly the way I wanted. That fascination with property never really left me, and in a way, it's what led to Porter.
A few years ago, I started learning what AI could actually do for a business. Not the hype, the business reality, and actually my first real test was with my family's bakery, which was growing faster than what they could keep up with. So, I built them an AI tool that helped them understand their customers, their products, and where the business was actually heading. It worked. And it taught me something that shaped everything since. AI is at its best when it helps a real person make a better decision about a real problem by simply analysing long sets of patterns. That's the idea behind Alcobia AI Solutions, the company I founded — and Porter is its first product.
I spent seven months researching the property market. How leads actually behave, what makes someone ready to buy, and the human psychology underneath a decision that big. I built Porter the way an engineer builds anything, I found the problem, respected the constraints, tested it properly, and came to the real solution, not a theoretical one. Porter functions the same way, is built to be honest rather than optimistic. An agent's trust is the whole point, and I'd rather a cautious answer I can stand behind than an optimistic and impressive one that I can't.
I know I'm not a big company. But that's exactly why I stand out, my promise comes from the one thing the big players can't make and keep. I'll answer the phone when things get tough. I want to build something with the agencies who work with me, not just sell to them. What's Porter
Porter is an AI that qualifies your property enquiries before they reach your agents. When a buyer or renter gets in touch about one of your listings, Porter has a natural conversation with them by answering their questions and quietly understanding their situation, their timeline, and what they're really looking for. By the next morning, you have a clear, scored summary of who's worth your time and why.
Porter doesn't make decisions for you, and it never will. It hands you better information and the recommended next steps, but you decide who to call and what to do with that information. Think of it as the groundwork done for you overnight, so your agents spend their hours on the people most likely to move.

Our mission is quite simple, to give independent agents back their time, and to make the first conversation in every property journey a better one for the agent and the person on the other end.
The property market runs on volume, and that volume hides the people who genuinely matter. We want to fix that with honesty. We're not trying to replace the agent, we're trying to hand them sharper signal so they can do what they do best.
