Porter was founded by a small team of property professionals and engineers who shared a frustration: the best agencies in Britain were being held back by the sheer weight of unqualified enquiries.
Our mission
We believe estate agency is a craft. It rewards relationships, judgement and discretion — qualities no amount of automation should erase. Our mission with Porter is the opposite of replacement: we build technology that protects the time of senior negotiators, so the human work can be done properly.
What we believe
An AI assistant should sound like the firm it represents. It should be honest about what it doesn’t know, careful with personal data, and never push a buyer toward a decision they aren’t ready to make. Everything Porter does is built around those principles.
